moving house

I am moving house and have organised cancellation of services for a particular date and proposed connection date for new place.

once ordered i received an email from telstra stating a different date for both actions.

I have tried to change this online but do not have a reference number on the email that is accepted to get into the request online. 

I have tried to contact telstra to sort out but am constantly put in a automated loop and then hung up on. The recomnedation for online solutions does not help me at all.

I am desperate for any help re contacting telstra. i feel like cancelling all services. I just dont need this crap!
