NBN connection

Hi, I’ve been waiting 13 weeks to have our NBN connected. We moved house on 16 March 2020 and it’s still not done. I just can’t get someone at Telstra to help and make our request a priority. We can’t talk to anyone because and phone service just hangs up on me. We require a connection box and for someone at NBN Co to contact us but I just can’t get this to happen. Not good enough Telstra. I’m so disappointed with your service and lack of care for our issues.
