nbn connection

contacted Telstra in June for NBN to be connected. Received email with an order number. Nothing since. Tried to find out when the technician will come. Order number they sent me seems invalid. Codi useless. I have not downloaded app as my phone isn't smart. How do I get an answer ?

If the order number starts with NA, then you won't be able to track it online as that is the initial request number before the order is processed fully.


As you don't have access to the app, you will need to send a message to the Telstra Facebook or Twitter accounts (unless you can somehow get through on 132200), as they are being monitored.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
