NBN order delays

Anybody else in the same boat as myself? Two weeks since receiving my order confirmation email. Three weeks since placing my order and zero updates on my order progression for home NBN. 

NBN services already installed. Just waiting for them to dispatch modem and send details. Customer service has been next to no help in giving me a timeframe. Anybody else recently experienced this and able to shed some light on the timeframes? Thanks
