NBN service activation

My NBN connection box was installed on 7 April but the modem did not arrive until more than 2 weeks later. I can get IP addresses but no internet. It appears my acct expired because it took too long to connect the modem.

The order shows completed even though I have never connected to the internet. After many phone calls, emails, chats and complaints no one can help. All they can is the order is at back of house where the people handling it are uncontactable. 

I think my acct needs a reset or reactivation but It all seems too hard. Can anyone help?

Have the same problem. At least you got your modem. I had to buy a 2nd hand one because Telstra never sent one to me.
