NBN went from active to 4G, no local outage

I bought an NBN plan two weeks ago, had to have a technician come round to fix the connection. Had the green NBN light on the front until this evening, where it changed back to the backup 4G. Order tracker still doesn't say finalised after two weeks and I can't get a hold of anyone through calls or the messaging app.

Thanks for getting in touch, apologies for the delay getting back to you. 

I see you were having some troubles regarding your new NBN connection and getting it off 4G back up. This normally happens when there is an outage. 

Would you mind going through some quick troubleshooting for me?

Can you please check your address on our outage page If there are no official outages listed, please go through our online troubleshooting tool here: This will guide you through some steps while connected to your modem that will help diagnose any technical issues that could be effecting your services.
