No response to two moving house requests

This is dumb. I've submitted two house moving requests, but I've not heard back from either! Any attempts at contacting telstra gets me 'use app', but that's completely useless. I've lodged a complaint with TIO but they're currently allowing service providers 15 days to respond to complaints.

 

Anyone have any sure-fire way to actually get telstra to pay attention??

This is the Telstra moves team number 1800531622.

They are open mon-fri 8am-6pm

Hope they can fix your problem.
