On hold too long

Lets just say I’m frustrated with Telstra atm, to say the least! This is my fifth call since Saturday 19/12/20. Some 5 hours on hold and my problem has still not been rectified, keep getting transferred to a different section or the call just hangs up after 2hr 38 minutes! Really Telstra can’t believe such a large company treats its customers like this! Can’t believe you don’t have a call back system, Telstra has deactivated my email account re seeing it useless, have t been able to get emails since Friday 18/12/20. I’ve been to Telstra shop too they can’t help me, apparently tech support can’t either it comes down to billing and sales . Anyone have any other options I could try as the phone or app or text aren’t working?
