Pit not installed

Hi 

 

I booked telstra home phone on my newly build house in brisbane. Technician came to my place and informed me telstra missed to installed pit outside your house. Now i am chasing for pit and everytime recieve one new deadline. But never recieve phone calls from contractor and also positive response from Telstra custmer care.

 

No, idea which way i need to follow and who is authority to fix my issue.
