Port in taking way too long

I have started a contract with telstra 8 days ago however port in from vodafone to telstra is taking way too long. I have contacted telstra everyday and all they say is that port in will be done within 24 hours and its been more than a week now.


They have said port in will be done in 24 hours to 48 hours max of starting a contract which is clearly false. I had to buy vodafone prepaid to use my phone while "port in" to occur which is taking more than a week now. This is insane and I cant take any more days of countless waiting.


Has anyone waited for more than a week for their port in to take place?
