Requested move online

I ordered online, a move request on 19/3/21 to move my NBN on 27/3/21.


I have not received the promised email in 48hrs to confirm my request, I cannot track this online as the link does not work.


I’ve tried messaging as a Gold Member but almost an hour has passed with no reply to two messages.


what can I do? I have a Uni student at home doing a lot of online Uni and I work from from home, can anybody please help? Thankyou.

When the moves team starts work in about an hour, hopefully you will get a response through the app (assuming you sent the message through the My Telstra app).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
