Tracking Home Phone line order
I've just bought a new house and have applied for a PSTN service to be activated (NBN is no where in sight unfortunately).
I was given an order number that began with HL. I've tried tracking this order online but my order number is not recognised. What number do I have to call or is there a way online to find out what the status of my order is? The last contact I received was the email with my order number and nothing since.

Try calling 132200 and speaking to the "Connections" consultants. They should be able to help you.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
