Worst experience to get new phone connection

I have requested for new internet and telephone connection more than 4 weeks ago.
I still have no telephone line and connection.
Please send proper workman who can dig hole and do proper wire/connection so I can start using telephone and internet.

That's no good Doc,

If this is a new property then you'd need to arrange that trenching yourself, the Telstra technician connects up the first socket in the house but they don't handle running cable from the street, that has to be organised when you're building the place. Does that make sense?

And, if it is a newly constructed house, hopefully the builder has followed this document in getting the house ready for a phone service.
