ADSL issue

We have ADSL (wont be updating to NBN due to a change in location very soon) for the last few weeks we are experiencing issues with our card terminal.  We have had this replaced and still having issues whereby it isn't connecting to the internet to process payments.  Once the terminal has been powered off and on it may work or may not. Internet is working fine on desktops and mobiles for wifi. Any suggestions?


I have tried to call Telstra multiple times to be given an automated message that they aren't taking calls for queries of this nature and it has to be rectified via messages.  Highly frustrating when I am not always in the office to deal with these messages and we have clients who need to pay for services. Not good enough Testra.
