My credit for my mobile free amount does not seem to have come off my bill. I have up to $300 credit, and I cant see where it's come off my bill. Also, the landline seems to have 2 charges for HomeLine Together plan, which has happened since we set up the plan, but it appears very high, over $100/month.

As this is a Business matter, you should contact the Business Centre who signed you up to your contract, and discuss this with them.
We, here are not Telstra staff, and have no access to your account.
