Billing

Telstra your communication system is pathetic right now. Can anybody from Telstra Business please contact me regarding billing issues from April?? The online chat system is pathetic as there isn't even an option for what I need, nor is there an 'actual' person there to respond, or if there is they then try to transfer me to someone from Business and then the chat gets ended. The phones don't get answered and all I constantly receive is text messages asking me to use the online messaging system which will not address my needs.

Seriously, I'm will jump ship if this doesn't get sorted ASAP. This is now becoming ridiculous. A staff member from Business told me she was looking into my account 2 weeks ago, and I've received nothing since. Not a phone call, not an email apart from overdue notices. Nothing. As per usual.
