Call forwarding when landline not working

My business landline has not been working for 5 days.  No help from Telstra or Customer Support.  I can't even get them to simply forward my business phone calls to my mobile.  Have requested this twice after some 3-4 hours of waiting.  Shocking customer service by Telstra during a very difficult time.  COVID is NO excuse.  Telstra should not be so reliant on overseas call centres.
