Why is it so impossible to contact anyone from Telstra? If you call they hand-up telling you to use the text service. If you use the text service, one 5 minutes conversation takes all day due to the extended delays (obviously they have many conversations at once) and still there is frequently no reasonable outcome. I understand that they had many o/s call centres closed down but there are so many people looking for work - perhaps hire some?!
I would suggest they stop pouring advertising dollars into attracting new customers and try to start by offering existing customers some degree of service!!!
