Data share question
I have a mobile plan in place and recently purchased a iPad Pro on a 1gb plan. I bought it on the basis that I can share the data across both plans. They have been linked however on the 24/7 app it states that I have 5.96gb remaining on my mobile phone and yet on my tablet it tells me I am 4.98gb over and as such I assume I will be charged.
This is unacceptable yet I don’t have the time to spend 4+ hours on Telstra chat.
