Delete Telstra ID

I no longer have any services with Telstra. 
how do I delete my “Telstra ID”

I've repeatedly requested for an old Telstra ID to be deleted. (As I no longer use the email it's linked with). Telstra promised it would be done within 24 hours.

 

It wasn't though so it seems impossible to get old Telstra ID deleted. It's ridiculous

Yes. Several times. And they failed to action my request.

 

I've now lodged a complaint with the Telecommunications ombudsmen. I'm hoping they can resolve the issue on my behalf. Thanks

I am sorry to hear that they couldn't fix your problem.

I'm pretty sure the ombudsmen complaint over rides the Telstra complaint service.

I'm also researching a new mobile/data provider. Telstra seem to no longer offer basic customer support. Or at least it's very difficult to access. And they don't actually assist when I have accessed them. But such is life.
