Desktop Messaging

Is there a direct phone number for support for Telstra Desktop Messaging (onlinesms.telstra.com)?

 

My scheduled messages did not send but is showing as submitted. I have sent messages before with no issues and I do not want to get charged for unsent messages.

 

I have tried calling the usual numbers but no one knows what I am talking about. Is this product so obscure???
