Forward Migrations - COVID Shutdown

I have a number of Business mobiles that need to be transferred to personal accounts but the migration teams are based overseas and shut down.  Any advice as to ways I can affect these transfers.  I am being told it could take months for the call centre to be back up and running.

At the current rate every thing will be back up and running by 2052. I submitted a change of ownership form 9/4/2020 and have had no response after 5 weeks. If anyone has a legitimate answer to the question above I would be keen to hear it.

jhwiz! that sounds promising. Would it be all stores or just some? Went to local store yesterday and they told me it was a no go and I had to wait until the (offshore) forward migration team was operating again. Willing to travel to any store between Wollongong and Sydney if I know it can be done.
