Re: fraud on my account

I had my account hacked too. Wound up with a business account attached to my hacked account & the Pegasus Trojan on my phone now too. Telstra have been nothing other than unwilling to help & now I can't change my security settings for my personal account because it's being locked by the administrative control of the business account that I have no credentials to access.

There are no problems, only solutions.

Re: fraud on my account

Hey @beez1123

Hope you were able to get this sorted. For future reference,  the quickest way to speak to a person at Telstra (aside from me) is through the My Telstra App https://tel.st/xy2j9. Once in the chat, the virtual assistant will ask you a few questions before asking a team member to contact you. More info about how that works here https://tel.st/u4dsd
