New phone order and business account - no communication

I placed an order over a week ago through Telstra and although I my credit card has been debited for 2 months charges, I have not had any communication from Telstra despite several phone calls to their Agent on 1800 081 661 and 132200. It appears neither of theses service numbers have adequate training or the capability to provide any sensible response. Clearly, Telstra processes and communication has declined in the past year (if that was ever possible!). I am still waiting for a response from Telstra and have had the call centre employee on 132200 hang up. Keep up the great work Telstra!!!

If it's a Business Account, you want to call 132000 (not 132200).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
