My bill did not arrive in the mail. So I'm trying to print my latest account, but the instruction the instructions don't match what is on the website.

Hi optometryatcoor,
I hope these instructions make it easier for you:
- Login to Telstra 24x7 MyAccount, if you have not yet registered for My Account click here
- Once logged in the 'Bills & payments' section, under the 'Make a payment' button is the 'Download your bill' link (if available)
- Click on this link and you bill begin downloading
