Shared Data query

I have several mobile devices all under my control and ever since moving across to a shared data plan I seem to be going through data allowance a lot quicker.  I have had 2 x text messages from Telstra in the last 2 days advising I have used all of my shared data allowance and 1.00gb has been added for $10 per time. When I check on the data useage meter on both mobile phones neither have used up their allowance. What is going on.  I cannot make head nor tail of my Telstra bill with 2 x recognisable mobile numbers listed out of 7. Apart from 2 x mobile phones, I have 2 x mobile wifi devices and a shared sim on my Ipad which do not add up to 7 in total. What is going on Telstra.

You need to call 132200 an dspeak to account and billing to find out.

This happened to me too and Telstra ended up charging me an extra 400 dollars and wouldn't do anything about it. Take care!
