Login to the CallConductor management site


Are both lines appearing on the handset?  If you want to add a line to the handset go to Devices / Device Management, select the T42G and look for "Edit Line Keys".


If calls aren't moving from a busy line to the next line go to Users / User Management, select the first line and look for "Forward or divert call. This is where you can set calls to "roll over" to the next line.
