Unable to add account name to telstra app or access chat or phone support

Hello we trying access stay connected as we have insurance on our business phones and 2 of our field phones are not operational we were told by the Telstra store we can only get service through stay connected and the store cannot assist us in any way, we have been to the Telstra store multiple times and have got nowhere we are extremely disappointed with the lack of service and were forced due to lack of phones to sign up another contract to rectify this urgent issue.

I cannot figure out which number we signed the new contract as I do not have that paperwork in front of me.
