How do I fix the following problem that has just occurred on my 2 business phones over the last 2 weeks? Issue- "no message can be left on this service. This message bank is full" It does not allow the caller to leave a message. Both phones have personalised business voicemails that are no longer working. How do I fix this?
One phone has 3 voicemails, the other phone has about 40, both phones have Message Bank Plus and are 256GB with the memory only a third full.
