Until 3 days ago I have been able to access my unbilled calls usage. I have cleared the cache multiple times, but it is still not working.

No worries, I'd recommend getting in touch through the My Telstra app, our in app team will be able to look into why it's no longer showing for you.
You can send a message by selecting 'get help' and then the blue speech bubble to start a chat.
