Hi team - this is just a general question.

In regards to Your Telstra Tools - if a small business has already registered for YTT, but the original user (and therefore the keeper of the login details) has unfortunately passed away how does the business have the logins reset or changed? Is there a specific team they need to call or is it by calling the generic 132000 number?
