Thank you for your post, my apologies for any issues you're experiencing with the My Football Live App.
As a Telstra Mobile customer, you shouldn't need to log in.
I would recommend uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Before opening the app after reinstalling, please ensure you are connected to the 4G network (not Wi-Fi)
This will allow the app to recognise you as a Telstra Mobile customer, and redeem your subscription.
You should then be able to access premium content.
