is there live help for this myfootball app?
so many problems with it , been trying for an hour , already missed an entire half.
i have purchased the livepass but it isnt recognised, when i go to restore it says it exists , if i try to purchase again, all of a sudden it exists but i cant watch a game, what a joke

Thanks for your message, sorry to see you have had an issue with the My Football Live App.
Are you able to please provide us with some details in order for us to assist?
-Device details, including iOS or Android version.
-Are you signed into the correct account in the App Store/Play Store?
(The Live Pass is attached to the Apple ID or Google Account used to purchase, and
must be signed into the App/Play Store when attempting to restore in the app).
-Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app?
-Are you able to test an alternate internet connection?
If you are using an Android device clearing the App Memory can also help (settings>apps>My Football Live>Storage)
