Have you previously redeemed the $5 Kayo Offer for Telstra Mobile customers?
If so, and you're having problems signing in to your subscription, you will need to contact customer support via the Get Help tab of the My Telstra App
Alternatively, you can contact Kayo directly here - https://tel.st/2jxpdw - as we dont have access to their systems to investigate why you are unable to access your account.
