Pre-Paid service should still be visible so there might be something that is needing to be done from our end. Reach out to our team https://tel.st/33pyss and they will be able to sort that out for you.

Re: 24/7 app not recognising services in Widget

Hi,

I am having the same problem with 24/7 App since the changed my partners Pre-Paid mobile Pre-Paid Complete plan on my account to a new version.

It also deleted her extra credit of $5.00.

The new plan does not have the $5.00 credit she used for the Channel 7 Sunrise Cash Cow competition.

The new plan was supposed to be better value, but Telstra has take $5.00 back, so you are worse off.

Who can I talk to about this problem?

Hi Ps2020.

You will need to speak with our prepaid billing team. You can speak with them here https://tel.st/fvw6w2
