Account on telstra app has incorrect information
The issue is still not resolved. I have raised the issue to multiple consultants over chat regarding both the telstra app and online showing incorrect contract information particularly the contract end date (which by the way is 2019, when the it should be 2023). The last thing I had was the consultant advising Telstra is having technical issues with it being looked into. That was a week ago. When is this being resolved?
