App login problems

On the my telstra app, everytime I login it's like it works then it comes up with a message saying "we can't display your account right now please try again later" so I can't sign into my account to pay bills or view my account properly

That sounds like a backend database problem where your account details haven't correctly associated with your Telstra ID.


Send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If Codi redirects you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human. It can take a few hours to get a response (wouldn't expect one until tomorrow now) and you will get a notification through the app when a consultant responds

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
