Big problems

Having huge problems with the new app... I’ve lost the home phone, internet and 2 prepaid off it and can’t do a thing with it... Tried deleting it and reinstalling it but that only made it worse! I can’t see anything expect for my mobile, can’t even see my bill... Please help!
