Can not access account on My Telstra

I have been trying for at least 6 weeks to link my account to the My Telstra app with no success, I have tried to sort it out with messaging Telstra 3 times and no one has been able to sort it out. Any suggestions? It lets me log in then asks me to link my account but can't get any further.
