Can't log into absolutely anything. Support was useless.

First things first. I can't log in. I try to, but it always says "Add your account" so I do. I sign in with the account ID number, phone number etc. It ends with "Nothing to see here" so I'm getting a little angry now. I contacted support, and they were useless and changed my primary email to the email I told to be secondary. So now, I have two emails that are connected to the same Telstra ID. Both emails failed to work. This app is making me lose my hair. I can't see bill details, I can't access absolutely ANYTHING unless I register.

It sounds like you will have to contact Telstra Support again and ask them to address both issues.
