Re: Cancel appointments
Hi there Mam13A, is this for a NBN technician appointment or for an appointment to visit in store?
To cancel a technician appointment it's best to do this at least 24 hours before your appointment is scheduled by contacting us over the Telstra app: https://tel.st/lut28 by clicking 'get help', If you say words like 'cancel technician appointment' or 'NBN faults' and the virtual assistant will connect you through to a consultant.
If this is for an in store appointment, you should be able to book and cancel these online here: https://tel.st/45ld2;
You may need to call the store during business hours to cancel this, contact information for each stores will be available online.
