Cancelling Game Optimiser

Hi

 

I have canceled this service from the Telstra App , yet the service is still active on the modem. It was deactivated for a good few weeks since a technician at Platinum disconnected it then suddenly last night the modem was offline and the Game optimiser service was reinstated.

 

I don't want the service at all  , can you please get it out of my profile?
