Cannot sign into the new My Telstra App

Ever since Telstra changed the 24/7 App to the My Telstra App I have been unable to sign into it. I can sign in just fine on a browser and see all my services (I have 6) but everytime I try on the app I get the messge: We couldn't sign you in. We need to confirm your details before you can sign in. Please get in touch using the Messaging button below". Well, the Messaging button doesn't work. And yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app SEVERAL times over the last few months. Software is also up to date on the iPhone and iPad. Spoke to a lady in a Telstra shop who said Telstra was having a lot of issues with it and it should be fixed in the next week or so. That was in July.

I've been having the same trouble since the new app was released - I saw a solution that said to enable cookies - no change. It is extremely frustrating. 

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.
