Changing account ID/username, address & no access to "account settings" on My Telstra App???

Hi - I want to change my postal address on my bill (I get email bills) - so I went into MyTelstra app, but access is denied for account settings???  How do I change my address without the MyTelstra App?
I would also like to change my user ID name to my new email address or something other than that old email - how would i do this?

To change your address without using the My Telstra app, go to the Telstra website > Sign in > My Telstra. On the menu bar (top right) select Profile then Personal details.

 

To change your Telstra ID, you could message Telstra Support on your phone.
