As a contact person on the account logging in today l can only see my service details. I cannot view other services on the account, account balance, payments made etc. Given l have managed the account on behalf of my partner for well over a decade and pay the account prior to the invoice being issued l find it invaluable to have this information. If l cannot view the info required to pay my bills in advance l will have to ask my partner for updates. As l pro-activly manage the account this way l'm going to become a pain in the ass to her,As you can imagine, that will be no good! We have checked her log in and she can view all the things l am missing. Can someone please advise if this is a Telstra change to account management within the app or if it's a glitch?
