Email account to be reactivated

Help!  I have spent hours where outlook keeps asking for me to login to my email account, every few seconds - very frustrating.  Finally got onto the telstra app to find that my email account is suspended.


Then got stuck in a loop when trying to find out how to reactivate the account.  And can't find a number to call any one, so still no closer to getting this solved.  Anyone know a number I can use to place a call?
