eSIM Order status not set to completed
Ordered eSIM received the eSIM and activated it but accidentally deleted the eSIM.
Contacted Telstra support online, and they said that you could only use QR Code only once, option at that time was either they can send a new QR Code, or they asked me to visit the nearest Telstra store.
Today I visited the nearest store, and I had to visit the store twice as there was a long waiting queue outside the store.
When my turn was there, they checked on my account and said that they could not issue another QR code as previous order has not completed, and they don't have authority to change the status of the order.
I have sent a message online and its been 4 hours already but haven't heard anything back.
