Trying to deal with the telstra app to simply increase my data. Such a showy and overblown website and in the end I can find 2 totally different paths to upgrade prices/data allowances and the cheaper one can't detect that I already have a service..absolutely impossible to get a human to help. So telstra took a hit and only made 1.8 billion, can't their service be done from peoples homes? Long time customer sadly loyal to a deteriorating image.
