Internet bill for a bundle

I have received an email saying that I was going to be charged for my bundle on the next bill - I DO NOT HAVE A BUNDLE!  I live in a retirement village and we have our own network.MY previous bundle was closed last January 2020.  I have a mobile phone for which I pay $25 per month - I will be very CROSS if I find extra things on my bill as it took many months for Telstra to make sure I wasn't continually charged - and here it is rearing its ugly head again!! Grrrr

Strange hat you received that email if you have no active services.


I'd recommend sending a message through the My Telstra app​​​​​​​ by selecting 'get help' and then the blue speech bubble to start a chat.


From there, we'll have access to the old account to look into this further for you.
