If the online light is purple then there is a fault on the main link and modem is in 4G backup mode. If only some off your devices don't have internet it could be due to modem only having a IPv6 address on the WAN. This can be changed by changing the PDP type to IPv4v6 in the modem's mobile settings.
If all your devices don't have internet then the 4G backup has probably been throttled by Telstra because it was used for a extended period of time. The throttling can be removed by Telstra support. You will also need to contact support to have the fault on main link investigated and fixed.
